JP2 Newman Foundation

As we continue to grow, so too does our community of generous donations. In 2006, the JP2 Newman Foundation was established to continue the forward progress already exciting the campus, enabling us to provide a solid foundation to the John Paul II Newman Center. Donations from supporters, who believe in the Center, are able to support the longevity of the Center towards an endowment fund.

The endowment
funds programs that enrich the lives and educations of students which allow them to become college leaders today so that they can become world leaders tomorrow.   Memorial endowments are particularly valuable because they are offered in perpetuity, ensuring a positive impact on generations of students, and creating untold impact on the world at large.

As such, though we directly serve the 15,000 + Catholic students at the University of Illinois, Chicago, we are mindful that the work done here cannot help but benefit in a special way the greater university and Chicago communities.

In rising to meet this challenge, we do so relying solely upon God’s grace and the generous support of individuals and families like your own.  As you prayerfully consider gift options, please be assured of our heartfelt thanks and continued prayers.
