A PERSPECTIVE CARRIED INTO LAW

"The JP2-MC has helped me to grow as a student, but more importantly as a person. I think my age group gets a pretty hard wrap when it comes to how good or bad we are for  society and how we feel the right of priviledge from our upbringing.

Here's what I can say, JP2 has helped me to become a better man in how I not only deal with people but in my compassion for them. I realize how much bigger the real picture is of the community in which I live in and how lending a helping hand does more than just provide a need for that day, it touches the life of every person connected.

It's great to be part of the JP2-MC, as I have been from the very beginning. Having the ability to see the impact the club has made on the lives of  so many people; both those we serve as well as peers, has been a profound experience. It's cool to see on a secular campus, my own firends can find it acceptable to align with an organization like JP2 and aren't afraid to promote it to their friends through word of mouth support.

As I graduate and go into the study & practice of law, I am thankful for the foundation Fr Marshall has brought to life within the JP2 Center. I can be confident that while I study the law books, I will not only know the right thing, but have the courage to stand up for it."
